Membership

Membership in CCMTA entitles you to participate in association sponsored events for teachers and students.  Members of CCMTA are also members of our parent groups - Washington State Music Teachers Association and Music Teachers National Association.  As a member of WSMTA and MTNA, you receive the WSMTA newsletter, the Clarion,  and MTNA's bi-monthly publication, American Music Teacher.  You may also be included on the member page of the CCMTA website.

The membership year is from July 1 to June 30.  Dues should be sent to MTNA by June 30 in order to be included in the CCMTA Membership Handbook which is available to members.

NOTE:  New members must pay their dues by January 10 in order to participate in Adjudications.  Renewing/Existing members must pay their dues by October 15 in order to participate in Adjudications. 

Dues for new members joining after May 1 shall be applied to the next fiscal year.  Dues for new members joining on or after January 1 shall be one-half of the current amount of MTNA, WSMTA and CCMTA dues.
